Making a return is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.

Order Tracking, Shipping and Delivery

Delivery speed and charges

We want you to receive the products your purchased from Jalouse in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We ship your order immediately after your purchase and it usually takes 2 to 7 business days to deliver to your location. If this is your first order on Jalouse.in, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 999 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 999.

If the order is cancelled (please refer to our cancellation policy below), lost or un-delivered to your location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

Can I get my order delivered faster?

Yes. We offer Next Day Delivery option but currently in Bangalore only. We will keep you posted and update this section when new cities are added. If you place an order by choosing the Next Day Delivery option before 7 PM then we guarantee the delivery of your order before end of next day excluding any government holidays.

Next Day Delivery (NDD):

  • Order placed before 7 PM today will be delivered before end of following day, however, excluding Sundays and/or any government holidays.
  • Availability: Available for orders above Rs. 999, presently only in Bangalore.
  • Charges: Rs. 199.
  • Due to any circumstances, in case we fail to deliver the NDD order on time, we will refund the NDD charges.

Standard Delivery:

  • Jalouse typically delivers in 2 to 7 business days in all serviceable locations.
  • Charges: FREE for orders above Rs. 999. Rs. 99 per order below Rs. 999. If it is your first order, shipping will be completely FREE.
How do I track my order on Jalouse.in?

When we receive your order, a confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you registered during checkout along with a unique Order Confirmation number. Please contact our customer service at +91 99-0007-9042 with this tracking number in hand and we will assist you.

How are orders placed on Jalouse.in delivered to me?

All orders placed on Jalouse.in are dispatched through our own delivery service, or through our courier partners such as Blue Dart.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

Yes, we fulfill and deliver orders to all locations across India and exclusively.

Cancellations and Modifications

What is Jalouse's Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Please email us at contact@jalouse.in mentioning your Order Confirmation number and the amount to be refunded. Or, If you prefer, contact us at +91 99-0007-9042  anytime between 8 am and 10 pm. We generally process orders in 2 to 4 hours after it is purchased on Jalouse.in. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to cancel it. If the item has already been shipped, please refer to the return & refund process below.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive a refund within 5 to 10 business days after your order has been cancelled.

Can I modify my order (modify the quantity, size or address of delivery...) after it has been confirmed?

Please contact us immediately at +91 99-0007-9042. We generally process orders within 2 to 4 hours and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any change.

Returns, Exchange and Refund

What is Jalouse's 30-day Return & Exchange Policy ? How does it work?

Jalouse's 30-day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased with Jalouse for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product. Due to hygiene reasons the refund or exchange is conditional: You must return the item in the original condition it was received with original packaging, tags and all accompanying accessories intact. If tags have been removed, the refund will not be accepted.

Damaged/Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received with all the accompanying accessories.

Items purchased on sales cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

When can I request an exchange or a refund?

You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to place your request.

How do I request and return the items?

To return or exchange the items, you just have to email your request to returns@jalouse.in stating the reason for return / exchange and the Order Confirmation number. We will get in touch with you within 24 hours to initiate the process and give you a unique Return ID.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

  1. Pick up: we offer a free pick up service for your return, currently only in Bangalore;
  2. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, or if you prefer, you can ship an item back to us. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs to your refund amount provided the product meets the return policy and you have emailed us an image of the courier receipt.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check, we will credit the amount you paid for the products into your Bank Account. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall return it to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we can only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest you return it to obtain your cash-back refund and purchase the new item(s) separately.

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?

After the returned item has reached us and the quality check is approved, it will take 5 to 10 business days from the date of receipt of the products to complete the online refund. You can always get in touch with our customer service at +91 99-0007-9042 to track the refund process.

Does Jalouse pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently, we pick up returns only from Bangalore. Once our customer service gets in touch with you, we will guide you through the process and organise the pickup if the facility is available at your location.

  • We will pick up the return within 5 business days of you placing the request.
  • Please keep the return shipment ready in its orignial packaging and with all original tags.
How can I Self-Ship the return myself to Jalouse?

If your location is not covered by our pickup service, you will need to self-ship the return item by courier. On returning the product in the self-ship mode, please ensure to send the return package along with a sheet of paper (quoting the Order Confirmation Number and the Return ID for each item included in the package), to the address below. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs. Therefore, please ensure you scan or take a photo of the courier bill/receipt and submit it to contact@jalouse.com along with the order details (Order Confirmation Number and the Return ID) for availing the reimbursement. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions to be processed successfully:

  • It should capture the weight of the return package and the number of items in it.
  • You need to mention your place address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details legibly.
  • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
  • The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.

This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

You want to become a Consultant

Being a Consultant, what does it mean exactly?

It is a special status that allows you to distribute Jalouse products at a discounted retail price. The difference between the market retail price and your discounted price is your remuneration. You are bond to certain commercial principles and legal obligations that are all part of the sign-up Agreement Terms & Conditions.

Will I be trained before starting my new activity ?

Immediately after confirmation of your Agreement, Jalouse signs you in the Sales Training Program. As a licensed Consultant for Jalouse, you will be invited to regular trainings, workshops and seminars. A session is held every week. Some sessions are mandatory such as the detailed Introduction Workshop. Then, based on your qualification and career plan, Jalouse establishes a personalized training program for you. There is no obligation, it is up to you to participate. However, we recommend a minimum number of sessions per month / quarter / year to stay up to date with the company's latest news and best practices. Most importantly, your sponsor will always guide you along the way.

What is the initial investment to start with Jalouse?

Zero investment, zero start-up cost. There is no investment required to start an activity with Jalouse. A demonstration stock is provided to you for free upon confirmation of your Agreement with Jalouse.

How long is my engagement if I sign up with Jalouse?

There is no minimum engagement period. Becoming a Consultant gives you access to discounted purchase prices and other rewarding privileges. You can decide to stop distributing our products at anytime.

How do I stop my engagement?

If Jalouse does not record any sales or activity for a period of three consecutive months, your Agreement will be automatically terminated. That means you will lose all your benefits and become a regular customer. If you want to end your Agreement for any reason, you just have to send us a formal email. We will terminate your Agreement at no cost and send you a confirmation letter.

How do I sell?

As a licensed Consultant, you can distribute Jalouse products through private sales / home-demos / presentation during a party and also in one-to-one meetings. Such private sales are typically organised by a Host who invites her friends at home for a fun get-together. Everything starts from your own personal network that you grow along the way. We also recommend you use our website Jalouse.in as a real sales booster. 

If the products are available online, will I lose my clients?

Your clients (or their friends) can place an order online using your unique Jalouse Consultant Code. Each time they do so, you receive your entire commission and the online sales registered are entered in your total achieved sales for the month.

How demanding is the activity? How much time do I require?

Jalouse’s model is based on self management. It is a free / no time bond obligation system, your set the your schedule yourself. How much you work is only based on how much you want to earn out of it. Our experience shows that one party takes about 6 hours to organise, prepare the host and handle the orders. Most of our Consultants do only 1 or 2 parties a week while others decided to start their own full-time business.

How much will I earn?

The remuneration and commission plan is confidential and it will be explained to you by our Team when we get in touch with you. A detailed training session will also focus on our incentive plan and career opportunity.

What are the required qualifications to start with Jalouse?

There are no required or minimum qualification. Your success will depend on your motivation, dedication and enthusiasm.

How do I sign up?

I don’t know many people. Is it a problem?

Launching a Jalouse activity is demanding as it is for every business. Again, motivation, dedication and enthusiasm are key to develop your activity. The good part is that you grow it your way! Jalouse will give you access to sales trainings, individual coaching and remember your sponsor is here to help.

Is the business opportunity really competitive?

We believe selling lingerie directly to consumers in the privacy of their homes is the best alternative to online distribution where you don't have any option to try nor verify the quality of the products. It is definitely better than local shops, which are usually managed by men and where trying and choosing a bra can be very uncomfortable. Direct-selling is also more intimate and it helps connect with new people.

You want to host a Party for Jalouse

How many parties do I have to host to get a gift?

You do not have to accumulate parties or host that number of parties. It is as you wish. One party is enough and you will get your reward. Let your Jalouse Consultant guide you through our reward program.

I don’t know many people is it a problem?

The word will spread quickly… You will have sufficient time to talk about it, and your Jalouse Consultant will give you a few tips. We usually don’t know how many people we know!

I don’t know what to say to invite my friends.

It is just about friends getting together and having fun, chatting about women things and sharing a special moment. Let Jalouse make the show!

I am not so sure I want to host a party?

You do not have to. A Jalouse Consultant can invite you to the next one she organises to give you a feel of what a Jalouse party is. If you like it, then we believe you will want to invite your friends to share a great moment.

My in-laws, husband, family... will be at home and this can be uncomfortable.

It is just a moment where you invite friends. You will ensure the trial room is separate. Our products are feminine and delicate; nothing outrageous nor vulgar and hey! everyone needs underwear! If you don't feel comfortable enough, just pass the word to one of your friends or neighbours. In any case, our Consultants will organise it with utmost discretion and guide you to choose the best option.

How many people do I need to invite?

We usually say 8-10 people ensure good fun, good talks and enough intimacy.

What do I require to host the party?

Just set the date. Our Consultant will prepare for everything that is required for the presentation. No need to mention some snacks and refreshments will surely be welcomed at the end of the presentation.

How long does a party last?

The presentation along with trials usually lasts for 1 hour and a half to 2 hours.
